New Regulations

I've sent a copies of the revised Regulations (produced by the EBU but automatically followed by the WBU) to all Club secretaries (and various others).
In case you haven't seen them I attach a summary of the Blue Book changes (primarily to do with Announcing). the complete documentation can be seen on the WBU website (-Directing/Scoring->Documents->Publications).
These take effect from Sept. 1st., but Directors are encouraged to be tolerant.
